Content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics and images, is the exclusive property of Rite Lite Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without express written consent. Misuse of any content of this site may result in legal prosecution.

Content of this site is intended for the exclusive use of the registered user. No permission is granted to share content of this site with any unauthorized persons or businesses, including but not limited to wholesalers of Jewish themed products. Violators of this policy will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We attempt to list all information as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee that product images, descriptions, quantities, pricing or any other content of this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. We are not responsible for typographical errors and are not bound by the content posted on this site.

By using this site, you are communicating with us electronically. Rite Lite Ltd. and all affiliated companies reserve the right to monitor, collect and make use of this information. In addition, by using this site you consent to receive telephone, fax and e-mail communications from us.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST in winter and 2:00 PM EST in summer.

Our office and warehouse are CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders are processed only during hours of operation. Order processing times may vary.

Minimums:

Initial orders must be $250.00 before shipping. Re-orders must be $100.00. A surcharge of $5.00 will apply to orders under $100.00.

Product minimums must be adhered to where applicable.

Shipping:

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped UPS GROUND. Our terms are F.O.B. Brooklyn. All freight and handling charges will be added to the invoice.

Rite Lite Ltd. is not liable for any damage or delay in the delivery of the goods. We will do our best to assist you with any claims that must be made if the need arises.

Prices:

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returned Checks:

Charges of $40.00 will be applied to any returned checks. No exceptions will be made.

Payment Terms:

NET 30 TERMS: Open account terms are extended to customers with excellent credit references only. Terms begin from the date of invoice. To arrange terms, please fax in a minimum of 3 credit references to our credit department. Note: When providing references please make sure that the companies listed and all their information is current. If we cannot contact those suppliers, or if they do not provide references, applicants will not be contacted and terms will not be granted. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms for any reason.

CREDIT CARD: Orders will be shipped only once payment has been processed. If the Credit Card is invalid, an attempt will be made to contact the card holder or purchaser. However, Rite Lite is not responsible for obtaining such information and if valid payment is not received the order will be subject to cancellation.

COD: $9.00 will be applied to shipping charge.

Claims and Shortages:

All claims (damages, shortages, etc…) will be accepted by fax, e-mail or mail only.

If a return is necessary, an RA # (authorization number) will be provided. This number must appear on the outside of the package returned. No package will be accepted without it. Permission to return any merchandise must be authorized by Rite Lite Ltd. and returned prepaid by the purchaser.

We do NOT issue call tags.

If merchandise arrives broken, please save the original carton and fax or e-mail the information to us so that we can call the carrier to inspect the package.

ALL CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES, DAMAGES ETC. MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
